Important Notice regarding Tuition Payment for Fall Semester, Academic Year 2026 (115th Academic Year, 1st Semester)

I. Payment Period

  • Continuing Students (Undergraduate, Master's, Ph.D., Evening/Continuing Education Undergraduate, and Executive Master's Programs): August 25, 2026 (Tue) – September 2, 2026 (Wed)
  • New Students & Transfer Students (Undergraduate & Evening/Continuing Education Undergraduate Programs): August 28, 2026 (Fri) – September 2, 2026 (Wed)
  • Deferred Graduation Students (Undergraduate): September 7, 2026 (Mon) – September 22, 2026 (Tue)

II. How to Print Your Payment Slip

Starting from the first day of your designated payment period, please visit the university homepage and click the bottom-right link: Land Bank Tuition Collection System (Click the link ➡️ Log in to the "Student Area").

 

III. Payment Methods

1. In-person Payment at Land Bank Counter: (Account updated in 1–2 working days)

2. ATM Transfer

3. Online Banking Transfer: (Account updated in 1–2 working days)

Please make sure to input the correct virtual account number and total amount due.

4. Credit Card: (Account updated in 3–5 working days)

5. Convenience Store Payment: (Account updated in approximately 7 working days)

 

IV. Important Notes

1. Verify Academic Term: Before making a payment, please double-check that your payment slip is for the 1st Semester of the 115th Academic Year (Fall 2026).

 

2. Overdue/Unpaid Tuition: If you have unpaid balances or overdue fees, please make your payment as soon as possible via Method 1 (Bank Counter) or Method 2 (ATM Transfer). If your payment slip shows -1 NTD, it indicates outstanding fees. Please settle all arrears first, then contact the Cashier Section for follow-up assistance.

 

3. Non-Deductible Items for Student Loans:

Student loans do NOT cover: Language Learning Resource Fees, Extra Credit Fees / Third-Time Course Retake Fees, Housing Guarantee Deposits, Dormitory Electricity Fees, and Subcontracted Dormitory Internet Fees.

Between Aug 25, 2026, and Sep 23, 2026, please fill out the form at https://forms.gle/jmvXDVfQ4zjAGarT9 (or visit the Student Life Division website for student loan regulations) to declare the non-loanable items and amounts. After 1 to 2 working days, print the updated payment slip from the Land Bank website to pay the remaining balance. If you have any questions, please contact the Cashier Section at (02) 8674-1111 ext. 66359–66361.

 

4. New Students in Evening/Continuing Education Programs (including Transfer Students):

The initial payment slip will default to a 16-credit tuition fee. For detailed registration guidelines, please refer to the Registration Notice.

 

5. Course Add/Drop Fee Payment Period:

Payment for credit fees resulting from course add/drop operations is scheduled from November 2, 2026, to November 15, 2026. Tuition refund procedures will follow administrative protocols handled by the respective departments.

 

6. No Cash Payments at School Cashier Counters:

The university Cashier Section counters cannot accept cash payments for tuition and miscellaneous fees. Other procedures shall be handled in accordance with registration regulations.
