Dear New Students of Academic Year 2026,

1. This announcement provides information regarding the dormitory application process for new undergraduate and graduate students admitted in Academic Year 2026 who wish to apply for student housing at the Sanxia Campus.

   NTPU has two student dormitory areas: the Taipei Campus and the Sanxia Campus. Due to limited dormitory capacity, students may apply for only one campus dormitory. The Sanxia Campus dormitory application is open to new undergraduate and graduate students. Students who wish to apply for dormitories at the Taipei Campus should refer to the announcements on the website of the Division of Continuing Education Administration.

2. Please carefully read the regulations regarding student dormitories, including the “ Student Dormitory Guidance and Management Regulations” and the “Guidelines for the Awards and Punishments of Residents in NTPU Dormitory.” Submitting a dormitory application indicates that you agree to comply with all relevant dormitory regulations.

4. To apply for student dormitory accommodation, please access the Online Dormitory Application System:

   (The application system is currently under maintenance. It will officially open at 10:00 a.m. (Taiwan Time) on August 17, 2026, and will close at 6:00 p.m. (Taiwan Time) on August 22, 2026.)

   (1) Application period for new master’s/doctoral students and exchange students:
   From 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026

   (2) Application period for new undergraduate students:
   From 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 20 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2026
