Deloitte Taiwan Partners with National Taipei University
Nurturing the Next Generation of Talent Across Four Key Domains 

In response to the dual challenges of digital transformation and sustainable development, the cultivation of professional talent has become more urgent than ever.

Deloitte Taiwan has signed an industry–academia cooperation MOU with the College of Business and the International College of Sustainability Innovations (ICSI) at National Taipei University. The partnership will focus on four core areas:

Artificial Intelligence Technology and Governance, Sustainability Transformation, Financial Crime Prevention and Fraud Investigation, and Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy.

By integrating academic expertise with industry practice, the collaboration aims to establish a solid foundation for talent development.

Mr. Geng-Hsi Chang, Partner at Deloitte Taiwan, noted that this collaboration represents a deep integration of academic research and industry practice. Mr. Chia-Han Wu, Chief Operating Officer of Consulting Services at Deloitte Taiwan, also emphasized that through case studies and hands-on professional exchanges, the partnership seeks to cultivate key talents equipped with strong governance perspectives and a global outlook.
