ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION OF CURRENT RESIDENTS FOR THE 2025 FALL SEMESTER AT SANXIA CAMPUS DORMITORY, NTPU
1.Application Eligibility:
International undergraduate students currently residing in the dormitory.
International postgraduate students currently residing in the dormitory.
International exchange students.
2.Dormitory Application and Announcement Schedule for Current Residents
(1) Application Period: May 2 (Fri.) 09:00 a.m. to May 15 (Thu.) 5:00 p.m., 2025
(2) Review Results: Available approximately 1–3 working days after submission. Please check the system. Further information will be posted on the Student Housing Section webpage on May 23.
(3) Dormitory Assignment Announcement: August 26 (Tue.)
(4) Check-in Period for Fall Semester 2025:
09:00–17:00, August 31 (Sun.) to September 1 (Mon.), 2025
(Note: Rest period from 12:00 to 13:00 noon.)

4.Notes:
(1) Due to the limited number of beds at the Sanxia Campus, priority will be given to the above-mentioned groups and incoming freshmen who apply on time. If you miss the registration, please inquire about vacancies at the Taipei Campus Dormitory (Tel: ext. 27761) or email: hsuan13@gm.ntpu.edu.tw.
(2) Students seeking off-campus housing may refer to the Military Education Office’s rental website: https://house.nfu.edu.tw/NTPU. For rental disputes, call the consultation hotline: 02-26711234.
(3) For those who wish to choose roommates, the selection form will be available from May 26 at 9:00 a.m. to June 14. Please refer to the announcement on May 26 for details. Roommate assignments will be made based on availability. The Student Housing Section reserves the right to make the final decision.
