About the speaker:
Prof Roger Slee was appointed Diamond Jubilee Chair in Disability and Inclusion at the University of Leeds in 2021. He is also the Director of Internationalisation in School of Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leed. Prof Slee has previously held important positions in many well-known universities in the UK and Australia. He has served as the Chair of Inclusive Education in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, India, and other countries. In addition, Prof Slee is the Founding Editor of the International Journal of Inclusive Education (Taylor & Francis) and Journal of Disability Studies in Education (Brill), publishing several books in the field of social inclusion.
